Today we ended up talking about food a lot … so much, in fact, that we completely lost track of the time, and our session ended unexpectedly, surprising both of us!
Kath has a history of not feeling good about her cooking, but these sessions have helped her to rediscover her creative and exploring spirit, and she’s been trying to cook things again that she previously felt uncomfortable trying … and they’re turning out great!
We ended up talking a lot about Chicken Adobo, and I learned that the adobo we use in the States is derived mainly from the Spanish version, while the Filipino version is a little different in that it emphasizes the inclusion of soy sauce. To Kath, it isn’t really adobo if you don’t have soy sauce in it!
There is no doubt about it. Food is a vibration raiser.
When we got cut off by the end of our Zoom session, we were talking about her favorite Filipino food: singang. I was looking at a picture of it that I found online. It looks delicious!
We proved today that food is not only a good topic for raising our vibration, but it’s so good that you can literally lose track of time while talking about it.
