Today’s game was a game to engage the senses. We worked through each of the five senses: sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste, to identify things that we enjoy in life.
There is something very potent about focusing our attention on each of the five senses for a few minutes at a time each. It enables us to re-create those sense memories in our mind, and as we all know, our subconscious mind is not capable of distinguishing between what we’re experiencing and what we’re remembering when we can really “feel” or “see” it in our mind’s eye.
This was also the third day of the experiment. So far, we are both experiencing minor improvements in our health, sleep cycles, and other aspects of our day-to-day lives.
I look forward to that trend continuing as we move forward with this project.
