I am also a trained active listener and an internship graduate in an online mental health platform.
I play the piano, watch a lot of documentaries, play video games, and dabble into whatever activity piques my interest.
Driven by curiosity, I open my mind to the stories and disquieted feelings of others, to help and to act as an aid.
Positive psychology has always piqued my interest as it is the application of this scientific field that is targeted towards making life worth living.
